Beauty 101: De-puffing Your Eyes in Under 5 Minutes


Puffy eyes are a frequent visitor. They can be the result of allergies, being sick, exhaustion, or high salt diet. Whatever the reasons, we’ve got the 411 on reducing that inflammation quick!

1 – Cold Spoons: have two teaspoons ready to go in your freezer. Rinse and press against your eyes for a few minutes.

2 – Tea Bags: Immerse two tea bags in hot water and leave to cool until they’re a safe temperature. Then apply to your eyes for 3 mintues.

3 – Aloe:┬áThe same anti-inflammatory ingredients in aloe vera gel that cools a sunburn will also de-puff your eyes. Stock a bottle in your fridge and apply when needed.
